You can either contact us through the contact us page on the website or email us directly at info@footkit.net we aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours. However please be advised during busier periods this may take slightly longer.
With the exception of customised items we always aim to dispatch our items within 5 working days. Once the item has been dispatched / shipped you will receive a tracking number. The tracking number always takes a few days to update, it will update automatically to at the depot and from there Royal Mail will assign a delivery date. If for whatever reason this doesn’t happen please get in touch and we will be able to help.
Please be advised all orders are shipped using a freight company to keep the costs low, until the order arrives in the destination country and clears customs the tracking number will not show any updates. If you require more information during this time, we will be able to track your order and help with this so please get in touch.
Of course, you will be welcome to request your refund within 14 days of receiving your item as long as there is no customisation and it meets all the other requirements set out in our returns policy. For more information on our return policy please click here.
